Join us for a Run to Yoga! The run starts at 6PM followed by Yoga for Runners at 6:30PM in our University City shop.
The one-hour, all-levels yoga class is great for runners and fitness enthusiasts looking to switch up their regular routine. Practicing yoga after a run, when your muscles are warm and soft, will make you feel a whole lot better the next day. Post run yoga can help prevent injuries by improving the health and strength of muscles.
As always, bring your own mat and plan to arrive a few minutes early for yoga. Gear check is available if you’re joining the run.
