August brings us the Sturgeon Moon, named for the once plentiful and now threatened species of large, freshwater fish found in North American lakes. Known as living fossils because of their longevity and the age of their species, the sturgeon will inspire a fluid, graceful flow. We will seek our inner strength and intuition as we move and breathe together in the light of the moon.
Students of all levels of yoga experience are welcome. Bring your own yoga mat. Suggested donation is $5.
